Ep02 S01 :: Taylor Berghoff

 

Joining Owen for episode two is Taylor Berghoff formerly of Chicago and now living in Tulsa. Owen and Taylor start out with some basic country chord progressions, add in some extra bits, and then take a creativity walk around their neighborhoods to gather some lyrical details for the song. The final product, Two Warm Faces, might have been born of country roots but it isn't afraid to escape the confines of traditional structure and arrangement to become it's own thing.
